Third-party applications (i.e., data aggregators), are applications you've previously granted access to. This allows them to retrieve transaction and balance information. Examples of data aggregators include Alexa, Siri, Turbo Tax, QuickBooks Online, and Mint.
Typically, access is granted to data aggregators by you when you start using their services. If you want to remove access, just log in to online banking and follow these steps:
Select My Accounts at the top of the page, then choose My Controls. We'll show you a list of applications you've allowed access to. If you don't share account information with a third-party, no list will populate.
The option to manage third-party applications is only available on the full usbank.com website. This option is not available on mobile banking.
For more information about a data aggregator listed, reach out to the third-party listed for more details. If you feel that the aggregator listed was not granted access by you, contact our Fraud department at 877-595-6256 Sunday - Saturday, 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. CT. We accept relay calls.
