To check the status of your Mobile Check Deposit, just follow the steps below. Once you find the deposit, select View on the far right of the row for more details.
- If a deposit is declined, the details page will list the reason. For example, if the reason the deposit is declined says "Refer to the maker of the check", it means you'll need to contact the person/company who wrote you the check. They'll have to find out from their bank why it was declined and what they can do to resolve it.
Online banking steps:
- From the My Accounts page, choose your account.
- Your Account Summary shows your balance, funds held, and available balance.
- The status of individual deposits are available in the Account Activity section, below the Account Summary section.

From the account dashboard, select Deposit a check on the bottom menu, then select View mobile deposits. Use the tabs to view Past or Pending deposit history.
