How do I cancel a request for funds with Zelle?

We can help you cancel a request for funds with Zelle. Choose the experience below that works best for you.

Online banking steps:

For the best online experience, we recommend logging in at usbank.com.

  1. Select Send money at the top of the page, then choose Send Money with Zelle®.
  2. Select Transactions Timeline found on the right side of the page, in the Actions field, then choose Requests. 
  3. Select the recipient and choose Cancel Request, then select Yes to confirm.

  1. Select Send money at the bottom of the dashboard. 
  2. Select Activity. Here you’ll see a list of your requests. 
  3. Select the one you want to cancel, choose Cancel payment, then Confirm
