Online banking steps:
To get started, just log in to online banking and follow these steps.
- Log in and select Send Money with Zelle® under the Send Money tab.
- Choose Transactions Timeline link in the Actions field.
- Select the Requested tab in the Transactions field. (Any requested payments will display here.)
- Choose the Recipient name and select the Cancel Request link. (Cancel Request box will display)
- Check the box of the request you would like to cancel and press Cancel Request. (Confirm box will display)
- Select Yes to confirm. (Confirmation box will display) Press OK.
