How do I disable extensions in Google Chrome?

Third-party extensions are used to customize your browser. Some third-party extensions can prevent multiple features on our website from functioning. Disabling your extensions may restore full functionality. Here's how:

  1. Open Chrome and select the Chrome menu icon (three dots) found in the upper right corner.
  2. Depending on your version of Chrome:
    1. Choose More Tools and then Extensions.
    2. Choose Extensions and then Manage Extensions.
  3. Disable each extension listed by moving the slider bar the left.
  4. Close your browser to save the updates. Reopen your browser and log in again.

To re-enable your disabled extensions, simply move the slider bar to the right. Once you’re done, refresh the page to use the extensions you’ve enabled.
