You can make changes to your next payment or the whole payment series. Payments already processed or claimed can’t be canceled. Here’s how:
Online Banking
- Select Send Money, then Send money with Zelle at the top of the page.
- Choose Activity, then select the Scheduled tab.
- Locate and select the payment you want to edit or cancel.
- Select Edit payment or Cancel payment to make your changes.
- Select if the changes apply to the next payments or the payment series, then choose Continue.
- Make your changes and select Save. To cancel, select Yes, cancel.
U.S. Bank Mobile App
- Select Send Money at the bottom of the page, then select Activity.
- Choose the name of the recipient within the Scheduled tab.
- Locate and select the payment you want to edit or cancel.
- Select Edit payment or Cancel payment to make your changes.
- Select if the changes apply to the next payments or the payment series, then choose Continue.
- Make your changes and select Save. To cancel, select Yes, cancel.
