Renaming your accounts can make it easier to find them on your dashboard. Add, change, or remove a nickname anytime you'd like. 

To manage your account's nickname in online banking  

1. Select the account you'd like to update. 
2. Choose the Account tab and select Change nickname or choose Edit account details depending on your account type. 
3. From the Manage accounts page, select the account you want to nickname.
   • To add or change: Enter the nickname, then select Save.
   • To remove: Select the Nickname field and backspace to ensure its blank with no spaces. Then select Save. This will change the nickname back to the original account name.

To manage your account's nickname in the U.S. Bank Mobile App  

1. Select the account from your dashboard, then choose Account from the top of the screen.
2. Select Account nickname from the Details section.
   • To add or change: Enter the nickname, then select Done.
   • To remove: Select the Nickname field and backspace to ensure its blank with no spaces. then select Done. This will change the nickname back to the original account name.
