How can I tell if the checks I'm ordering are discounted or free?

To find out the cost of your checks when ordering, look for the green tag below the check image. This means the item selected is either free or has a program discount available. 

Follow these steps to identify specific checks that are discounted or free:

Online banking

For the best online experience, we recommend logging in at usbank.com.

  1. Select Customer service at the top of the page, then choose Self service
  2. In the "Deposit Accounts" section, select Order checks or review an order.
  3. Verify the last four digits of the checking account. If they're correct, select Continue.
    • If you have more than one account, use the drop-down menu to change it. 
    • By selecting "Continue", you'll be redirected to our partner site, managed by Deluxe. 
  4. Select Personal products at the top of the page, then choose checks.
  5. Explore the designs available. Look for a green tag below the check image. This means the item selected is either free or has a program discount available.
  6. When ready, select the one you want. It may take a moment for the next page to load. 
  7. An example check image will appear with your personal information. Below this is the cost to you, including the discount when applicable.

    From here you can either complete the check order by continuing the steps below, return to the previous page, or cancel the order. To move forward and complete the order:
  8. Review the "Check Imprint" information. This is where your name, address, symbol, monogram, etc. can be entered or changed.  
    • If everything is correct and the way you like it, skip to the next step.
    • If it's wrong, update what's needed and select Save Changes
  9. Select Confirm and Next. A preview of the check will display. If everything's correct, select Confirm and Checkout
  10. Your order summary will appear. If anything is incorrect, this is the last chance to make changes. 
  11. Enter your phone number, then select Place Your Order.

  1. From the main menu, select Help & services.
  2. Under the "Account services" section, select Order checks.
  3. Select the account you're ordering checks for, then Begin order.
    • By selecting "Begin order", you'll be redirected to our partner site, managed by Deluxe. 
  4. Select Personal products at the top of the page, then choose checks.
  5. Explore the designs available. Look for a green tag below the check image. This means the item selected is either free or has a program discount available.
  6. When ready, select the one you want. It may take a moment for the next page to load. 
  7. An example check image will appear with your personal information. Below this is the cost to you, including the discount when applicable.

Additional information

Checks are customizable, and we have many designs to choose from, ranging from the professional look to fun and outdoors. Choose the font style, the check design, add a monogram or symbol next to your name, or add an additional signature line.
