Mobile check deposit lets you deposit checks into your U.S. Bank account using the camera on your mobile device. Here’s how it works:
- Sign your check.
- Choose an account.
- Enter your check amount.
- Take photos of the front and back.
- Review and submit.
Your deposit limits are displayed when you enter your check amount in the mobile app. Here’s how to find your limits in the app:
- Tap the Menu.
- Tap Deposits.
- Tap Deposit a check.
- Choose an account.
- You’ll see your daily and weekly deposit limits listed below the check amount.
Deposit limits vary and are based on multiple factors, including your account type, deposit history and relationship with us.
If you’ve opened an account within the last 90 days, your deposit limits could be as a low as $200. This is only a probationary period; your daily and weekly limits will likely increase after the first 90 days.
