KNOWLEDGE BASE

What third-party companies have access to my data?

You can easily track the apps and companies with access to your U.S. Bank account data and control what's being shared. From your account in online banking:

  1. Click on Profile & settings, then Manage profile & settings.
  2. Click Manage your data from the Data sharing & privacy tile.
  3. Click Manage under Card Controls to see a list of companies that have access to your data.

From this page, you can stop sharing your data with specific companies, or select stop sharing with all.

If you provided a third-party with your specific login credentials to collect your financial data, that company won't appear on our list. If you're in this situation and need to manage your sharing preferences, you can:

  • Reset your password to block third-party access to your account.
  • Or, work directly with the third party to manage your sharing preferences.
