Online banking

- Select Transfers at the top of the page, then choose External transfers, wires, & ACH.
- From the Past & current activity section select View & update transfers.
- If the payment is under the Awaiting approval section your co-owner has not completed the approval process.
U.S. Bank Mobile App
For the best mobile banking experience, we recommend logging in or downloading the U.S. Bank Mobile App.
- Select Pay bills & transfer, then choose External transfers & wires.
- Under Manage external transfers select View or edit transfers.
- If the payment is under the Awaiting approval section your co-owner has not completed the approval process.
Additional information
- Approval must be completed by 8 p.m. CT for same day payments, and within three business days for future-dated payments. To grant approval, the co-owner must log into their business profile.
- Each co-owner will receive an email from us advising approval is needed to process the ACH payment. Secondary approval is only needed from one other owner.
