How do I find out if an ACH payment is approved by a co-owner?

We'll send an email letting you know the payment has been approved or rejected. You can also find the status of the ACH payment in digital banking. Secondary approval is only needed from one other owner.

To check the secondary approval status of an ACH payment using online banking

  1. Select Transfer & pay at the top of the page, then choose External transfers, wires, & ACH.
  2. Scroll to the “Past & current activity” section and select View or edit transfers.
    • If the payment is in the “Awaiting approval” section, a co-owner hasn’t completed the approval process. The message beside it will say “needs approval”.
    • If the payment is within the “Submitted” section, the payment was approved. The message beside it will say “co-owner approved”.

    • If the payment is in the “Awaiting approval” section, a co-owner hasn’t completed the approval process. The message beside it will say “needs approval”.
    • If the payment is within the “Submitted” section, the payment was approved. The message beside it will say “co-owner approved”.
