You can follow the steps below to update or change your biller's details.
Online banking
- Select Bill Payments found at the top of the page, then select Pay Bills & U.S. Bank accounts.
- Choose the bill you want to update. The bill details will load to the upper right.
- Select the pencil icon to edit the bill's nickname or contact info.
- If you need to edit or change a bill's name or account number, you must select Delete this bill and re-add it.
- Make your desired changes, then select Save.
U.S. Bank Mobile App
- Select Pay bills & transfer at the bottom of the dashboard, then Pay a bill.
- Choose the bill you want to update and select the pencil icon to edit the bill's nickname or contact info.
- If you need to edit or change a bill's name or account number, you must select Delete this bill and re-add it.
- Make your desired changes then select Save.

If you don't see your biller's address, it's because we're using the address they requested. This means the biller provided us their preferred mailing address and they'll let us know if changes are needed.
