How do I update my bill's information?

Need to update your biller’s address or account number? We’re here to help.

If you need to change your biller’s name, you’ll need to delete and re-add the biller. See: How do I delete or remove a biller from bill pay?

How to update your biller’s information using online banking 

  1. Select Transfer & pay from the top of the page, then select Pay bills.
  2. Choose the bill you want to update. The bill details will show in the upper right.
  3. Select the pencil icon to edit the bill's nickname or contact info.
  4. Make your desired changes, then select Save.

How to update your biller’s information using the U.S. Bank Mobile App

  1. Select Pay bills & transfer at the bottom of the dashboard, then Pay a bill.
  2. Choose the bill you want to update and select the pencil icon to edit the bill's nickname or contact info.
  3. Make your desired changes then select Save

If you don't see your biller's address, it's because we're using the address they requested. This means the biller provided us their preferred mailing address and they'll let us know if changes are needed.

If you’re enrolled in digital bills, you’ll need delete the biller and re-add the biller. Please ensure to stop your digital bill before deleting the biller. See: How do I stop my digital bills?
