Web Decisioning is now called Exceptions Review and will now be available in Lockbox Online rather than through a separate link. The functionality remains the same.

Lockbox Remote Capture

Lockbox Remote Capture will be available within Lockbox Online rather than through a separate link. The functionality remains the same.

  • Dual access: Because Lockbox Online is a much different experience than Image Look, you’ll have four weeks of dual access to both Image Look and Lockbox Online to allow you time to adjust to the transition.
  • Immediate transition: You’ll transition to the new Lockbox Online platform to access Web Decisioning and Lockbox Remote Capture on your migration date. Access through the current link will be removed. Within the system, you’ll recognize the same functionality and nearly identical screens as you see today.

New features

Access to your lockbox is important. The new Lockbox Online is easy to use and includes everything you have today, plus so much more.

  • Simplified navigation: Clean, intuitive tabs to pages and the ability to drill down by simply clicking the selection.
  • Personalization options: Customize what data you want to view and the order in which you want to see it.
  • Download data: You can download data in Excel or CSV format, or choose a PDF that can include images.
  • Create custom reports and searches: These can be for a one-time use or reusable templates to streamline future data needs.
  • Improved transaction presentation: View images within the same page rather than in a pop-up window.
