How to save and manage your credit card in bill pay for business.

With bill pay for business you may be able to pay bills with your credit card, even if your vendor does not accept credit card transactions. See also, How to pay a vendor using bill pay for business.

What to know about paying with your credit card in bill pay for business.

  • A processing fee is charged when you pay with your credit card. The total fee amount will display before you submit the payment. 
  • You can add any Visa® or MasterCard® credit card. 
  • Only a level 1 user can add their credit card. 
  • As a Pro plan level 1 user you can give other users the ability to pay with the credit card. 
  • This payment option may not be available for all vendors.  

How to save or delete your credit card in bill pay for business within digital banking

  1. Choose Transfer & pay, then select Pay bills for your business.
  2. Online banking users: Choose the Settings tab and select Funding methods.  
    U.S. Bank Mobile App users: From the Pay bills menu choose Settings and then Funding methods
  3. To add a credit card.
    1. Select Add card from the Credit card section. 
    2. Enter your card details and select Save and continue.
    3. Next enter the cardholder details and select Save & close or Save & assign users.

  4. To delete a credit card. 
    1. Select the three dots to the right of the card. 
    2. Choose Delete, then Delete again to confirm the removal.

The credit card option will be grayed out in the funding account section when a vendor is not eligible.
