How do I grant an employee login access to the web and mobile app?

When an employee is added as a user to the Spend Management account, they will receive an onboarding email with login credentials and set-up instructions. If they do not receive the email, the business owner, admin or department lead with user permissions can resend the invite.  

The following are instructions on resending a Spend Management invite if you are a business owner, admin or department lead with user permissions.  

  1. Under Users, select the user needing the invite.
  2. Select Resend invite.
  3. Confirm the information and the email address listed for the user is correct.
  4. Select Resend invite.
