How do I receive emails from U.S. Bank if they've been marked as junk or spam?

If you’re expecting an email from U.S. Bank but don’t see it, it may be in your junk or spam folder. Marking it as “not spam” and updating your settings can help you receive future emails.

Check your junk or spam folder

  1. Log in to your email and look for the missing message in your junk or spam folder.

Mark the email as “Not spam”

  1. Open the email.
  2. Right-click or use the menu options.
  3. Select Not spam, Not junk, or similar.
  4. If prompted, confirm that you trust emails from this sender.

Add the sender to your contacts

  1. Open the email.
  2. Add the sender’s email address to your contact list.
