How do I receive emails from U.S. Bank if they've been marked as junk or spam?

If you're expecting an email and haven't seen it yet, there's a good chance it ended up in a spam or junk folder. When an email from U.S. Bank is marked as spam or junk, we receive notification of this and take action to remove that email address from our system.

To keep receiving emails from U.S. Bank, follow these steps to re-enroll.

  1. Mark U.S. Bank's email address as not junk or spam.
    • Log in to your email and locate the one marked as junk or spam.
    • Right-click on it to open the menu. There you'll find an option to select junk, spam, or something similar.
    • Select it, then mark it as not junk, report not spam, etc.
    • If prompted, select OK to always trust emails from that sender.
  2. Add the sender's email address to your contact list.
    • Log in to your email and locate the one marked as junk or spam.
    • Right-click on it to open the menu.
    • Select the option for junk, spam, or something similar and choose to not block the sender.
  3. Call us.
    • When an email from U.S. Bank is marked as junk or spam, the filter applies to all emails from U.S. Bank, which may impact your alerts.
    • To ensure your email address is no longer blocked in our system, call us at 800-USBANKS (872-2657). We accept relay calls.
