How do I make a payment while on a mortgage assistant plan?

We want to help you make a payment as easily as possible. You can pay online, by mail, or by phone.

Online banking steps:

To get started, log in to online banking and follow these steps:

  1. Locate your mortgage information on the main dashboard, then select Mortgage assistance. You’ll be taken to the payment schedule screen. 
  2. Select Make a payment on the bottom left of the screen.
  3. Fill out the payment information, then choose Next on the bottom right of the screen. 
  4. Select Authorize Payment to submit your payment. 

You will be provided a confirmation page showing your payment is submitted. The payment date will always be the day you make the payment; not the day the payment posts.

Pay by mail:
When mailing your payment, include the payment coupon from your statement. If that’s not available, please provide your name, address, and account number with the payment.

If you’d rather call in your payment, contact our Loan Counseling department at 800-365-7900. We’re open Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. CT, and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. CT. We accept relay calls.
