Why am I seeing an error message for one of my linked external accounts?

There are a couple reasons an error can occur. The most common is when you've changed your username and/or password at your other bank. Here's how to fix it:

  1. From the account dashboard, select the gear icon in the upper right corner.
  2. Choose Manage accounts and then scroll down to the external account. 
  3. Select the three dots to the right of the account and choose Remove all accounts
  4. Add the external account again. See: How do I link external accounts?

Fixing an error message for a linked external account using the U.S. Bank Mobile App

  1. From the main menu select Manage accounts, then choose Manage external accounts.
  2. Select your external account, then choose Remove linked accounts.
