  1. Upgrading from Standard to Pro will take effect immediately with charges applied to your account statement on the third business day of each month.  At the end of the trial period, Pro plan will automatically continue as a recurring plan starting at $15 a month. To avoid continued charges, you must cancel3 your Pro plan before the end of the second billing cycle.  For a comprehensive list of account pricing, terms and policies refer to the Digital Services Agreement, and Business Pricing Information brochure or Business Essentials Pricing Information brochure. 

    1. To qualify, you must have an existing U.S. Bank business checking account or money market account and be enrolled in online banking with business credentials. A limit of one on us trial period per business entity applies, totaling no more than two (2) months of fee reimbursements.
    2. The monthly billing cycle begins on the first (1st) day of each month and concludes on the last day of the month. The monthly statement credit will appear in the monthly transactions of the deposit account statement as bill pay for business fee. Each statement credit is based on the subscription fees billed during the billing cycle following enrollment and is applicable only to fees and charges connected to bill pay for business.
    3. To cancel at any time, log in using your associated business online banking credentials and switch from the Pro to the Standard plan.  When switching from Pro to Standard, cancellation will be in effect immediately with no refunds issued.
