  1. Points are earned on eligible Net Purchases. Net Purchases are Purchases minus credits and returns. Upon approval, please refer to the materials received with your new card and the Program Rules in the online Rewards Center by logging in to usbank.com for additional information. Account must be open and current (that is, no Minimum Payment is past due) on the closing date of the billing cycle in order to earn and redeem Points. Purchases qualify for Points based on how merchants choose to classify their business and we reserve the right to determine which purchases qualify. Use of the Card is subject to terms and conditions of the U.S. Bank Business Altitude Power Cardmember Agreement, which may be amended from time to time. U.S. Bank Business Altitude Power Card Cardmembers will earn two (2) "Points" for every $1 in eligible Net Purchases. In addition, as further explained below, you will earn additional Points for the following Net Purchases: You will earn four (4) additional Points (6 points total) for every $1 in eligible Net Purchases spent on prepaid car and hotel reservations purchased in the Rewards Travel Center using your rewards credit card instead of Points. Please allow 1-2 statement billing cycles for your bonus Points to appear on your credit card statement. Refer to the Rewards Center for full details. You will earn one half (0.5) additional point (2.5 total points) on your first $5,000 in combined eligible Net Purchases made using a mobile wallet. During any calendar quarter in which you spend more than $5,000 combined in purchases using a mobile wallet, you will earn 2 Points for each $1 spent, with no maximum. “Mobile wallet” is defined as the method of paying for a transaction by use of a mobile device (in-store, in-app or online) and includes ApplePay®, Samsung Pay and Google Pay™.
