Within your bill pay for business you can select which accounts are available to pay bills from. If you have additional users, you can also choose which accounts they can make payments from.
To manage your funding account in digital banking
- Select Pay bills & transfers and then choose Pay bills for your business.
- Online banking users: Choose the Settings tab and select Funding methods.
U.S. Bank Mobile App users: From the Pay bills menu choose Settings and then Funding methods.
- Choose the three dots to the right of the account and select Assign users.
- Check the box to grant access to the payment account. Remove access by unchecking the box.
- Select Save to confirm your updates.
