All cardholders must report a lost or stolen ID card to the school’s card office to deactivate the campus functions and to be issued a new card. If the ID card was linked to their bank account, the cardholder must also report it to U.S. Bank. The school will have no liability for fraudulent use or overdrafts arising from campus card transactions.
Additionally, our customers are protected by the U.S. Bank Zero Liability Policy1, which means that cardholders will not be held responsible for any unauthorized purchases as long as the card is reported missing right away.
