Give trusted individuals access to your business accounts so there’s more capabilities across your organization and less hassle managing company finances by yourself.
With Shared Access capabilities, you can assign customized user access. Each user will have their own banking username and password, so information stays private. Admins can add or remove both users and accounts as needed, so banking is accessible to those who use it.
“Transact” access also enables payments functionality. These users will be able to select payment options such as internal transfers and payments, external bill or both to move funds. Users will also be able to create, edit or cancel transactions based on accounts they can manage.
Use Shared Access for all of your U.S. Bank business accounts, from business checking accounts to business loans and lines of credit.

Shared Access is a free service offered by U.S. Bank for business online banking customers.
To enroll in Shared Access using online banking:
U.S. Bank Business Shared Access is an online feature for all U.S. Bank business account holders that gives other administrators within your business customized access to company bank accounts. It’s a great feature to utilize when owners/managers are away from the office but still need to give someone access to manage money for the company.
Shared Access administrators can always check in on their Shared Access users. A transactions report provides detailed reporting on all transactions that have been initiated by Shared Access users for your business, while a recent activity report helps you keep track of who has access to each account, their access level and daily limits.
Business owners can log in to their bank accounts and issue different access levels for each respective user. There are two types of access levels: view only and view and transact. View only will allow certain users to see account activity but won’t allow them to edit or make payments with accounts. View and transact allows users to add customized money movement capabilities to pay bills or complete other forms of payments.
