Bank Deposit Program

The Bank Deposit Program consists of interest-bearing accounts (“Deposit Accounts”) at U.S. Bank National Association, a bank affiliated with U.S. Bancorp Investments.  Interest on Deposit Accounts will accrue daily and be credited monthly.  Interest will accrue on your Deposit Account balances from the day funds are deposited into the Deposit Accounts through the date of withdrawal.  Interest rates paid on Deposit Accounts may change daily and are available on the business day rates are set. The rates on the Deposit Account are impacted by several factors, including the amount paid on deposits by U.S. Bank, costs incurred and revenue retained by U.S. Bancorp Investments, market environment, competitive factors and other factors which may reduce the earnings on your account.

The Annual Percentage Yield takes into account the effect of monthly compounding of the interest posted to your account.

Deposits in the Bank Deposit Program are FDIC Insured up to $250,000 pursuant to FDIC guidelines.  The FDIC website at fdic.gov can help you determine FDIC coverage for your specific situation. Balances maintained in the Deposit Accounts at U.S. Bank are not eligible for coverage by the Securities Investor Protection Corporation (SIPC).
