Ordering checks online is safe when done through trusted platforms like U.S. Bank. Your information is encrypted and securely processed by Deluxe, our official check provider.

The cost of your check order can vary based on several factors. The most common reasons are the type of check design, customization options and quantity of your order. Delivery times also vary, but most check orders arrive within 7 - 14 business days. Faster shipping options may be available during checkout.

You can call our check provider Deluxe, at 866-882-3178 or visit your nearest U.S. Bank branch. Our bankers are happy to help you place your order or answer any questions.

For quick online help, start a cobrowse session from anywhere using the "Cobrowse" link at the bottom of your screen. One of our experienced bankers will be able to securely view your screen and help you with any banking task. You can request to start a cobrowse session with just one click and end the session whenever you like.

You can order deposit slips online through the mobile app or online banking just like you would order checks. If you prefer, you can also order by calling our fulfillment partner Deluxe at 866‑882‑3178 or by visiting a U.S. Bank branch.

You can find the routing number for your U.S. Bank checking account through any of the following:

  • The U.S. Bank Mobile App
  • Online banking
  • Your checkbook

The easiest way is to open the app and ask the U.S. Bank Smart Assistant, "What's my routing number?"

Use Smart Assistant in the U.S. Bank Mobile App and online banking. Just type or ask, "What's the status of my check order?"

You'll be given a link to our check provider, Deluxe. Click or tap on My orders.

  1. Bank Smartly Checking account Monthly Maintenance Fee: For newly opened U.S. Bank Smartly Checking accounts, the Monthly Maintenance Fee is waived for the first 2 statement periods from the account open date. Members of the military (requires self-disclosure), Workplace-Financial Wellness Program, U.S. Bank Global Transition Solutions, clients age 13-24 or clients 65 and over, pay no monthly maintenance fee. State Farm Alliance customers can waive the monthly maintenance fee as an owner of an eligible personal State Farm credit card. All others can have it waived by meeting any one of the following criteria: Have combined monthly direct deposits totaling $1,500 or more; or keep a minimum average account balance of $1,500 or more; or owner on a U.S. Bank Smartly™ Visa Signature® Card; or owner of an eligible U.S. Bank small business checking account; or qualify for one of the three Smart Rewards® tiers (Gold Tier, Platinum Tier or Platinum Plus Tier).

    The average account balance is calculated by adding the balance at the end of each calendar day in the statement period and dividing that sum by the total number of calendar days within the statement period. Other fees may apply.
