Once logged in, you will be taken to your online banking dashboard where your mortgage account (and any other U.S. Bank accounts) will appear.

Click on your mortgage account number to be taken to your mortgage dashboard.

Mortgage dashboard
Your mortgage dashboard lets you access up to six different tabs:
Payment
Make a payment online, enroll in autopay and view details about your loan balance and home value.
My Neighborhood
View estimated home value trends and sale history of your home (not available in all areas).
My Home
Access resources to make estimates for owning your home sooner and affordability for future home purchases.
Goals
Use resources to estimate how changing your loan payment can impact your payoff date or payoff amount or build equity.
My Loan
View your loan balance and payment history, including details about your taxes and insurance.
Education
Learn basic mortgage terminology and how to manage your loan long-term.
Payments
Click the “Payment” tab on your mortgage dashboard or scroll down until you reach the “Payment” section.
Make a payment
This box is auto-populated with your standard monthly mortgage payment. You may select to make your normal monthly payment or make an additional payment toward principal or escrow.
Autopay
This link allows you to effortlessly enroll in automatic payments from your checking or savings account each month.
Payment Sources
The checking or savings account(s) from which you would like your mortgage payment to be withdrawn are stored here. You may need to add a payment source the first time you log in which will then be saved for future payments.

This indicator estimates how paying above your monthly payment impacts the term of your loan and payoff date.
