Business clients can easily manage their banking and payments operations anytime, anywhere from their online dashboard, and – effective today – they will see an enhanced experience. The updated Business Essentials Dashboard gives business owners a more user-friendly design with the same industry-leading features and capabilities they trust. They can pay bills, manage their invoices, monitor their cashflow and more – all in one place.
“Our Business Essentials Dashboard is flexible and scalable, which is important as we continue to introduce new capabilities for our clients,” said Lynn Heitman, Business Banking segment leader. “The dashboard also combines digital tools with expert human support to provide business owners with the right level of support they want and need.”
One of the new dashboard features enables clients to get human support in real-time. With a simple tap or click, they can schedule time with a U.S. Bank Business Advisor.
Clients who participated in the pilot liked the new look and feel, the ease of use of the quick links, and the visibility of all accounts on the dashboard. “It has nice account features and is very user friendly,” said one client who tested it out. “It’s great to have everything on one desktop ready to see with just a click.”
This upgrade will serve as a foundation for future enhancements that will continue to build a seamless experience for our small business clients, making it quicker and easier for them to run their business operations in one place.
