How to set up an ExtendPay plan using Apple Pay after the purchase

1. Open Apple Pay and select your card.
2. Select Pay in Full to see other payment options.
3. Select Pay Later.
4. Select Set Up After Purchase.
5. Complete the purchase with Apple Pay.
6. After the purchase, open the Apple Pay notification to set up the plan.
7. Choose an available plan duration.

U.S. Bank also sends you a reminder email. The transaction appears as Pay Later in your digital wallet, where you can review available ExtendPay offers.

If the purchase amount is not eligible

Below the minimum: Apple Pay displays a message, and you receive a follow-up email.
Above the allowed amount: Apple Pay displays a message and presents other available plan options based on the actual purchase amount.
