To upgrade Quickbooks Online using online banking or the U.S. Bank Mobile App

1. Select your central bill account, then choose Go to Spend Management.
2. Select Profile & settings and choose Accounting settings.
3. Select Quickbooks Online and enter your username and password.
4. Select Settings then choose Subscriptions and billing.
5. Select Upgrade your plan.
6. Choose the new plan and follow the prompts to confirm the upgrade.

• It may take a few minutes for Spend Management to retrieve tracking categories from QuickBooks Online (QBO).
• If users do not categorize transactions, the system will use the configured default tracking categories when syncing transactions to QBO.
