How to generate reports with U.S. Bank Payroll.

Easily customize, generate or download reports on your payroll, employees and more. 

How to access your reports using U.S. Bank Payroll in online banking

  1. In the upper right select Business tools and then choose Payroll. 
  2. On the Payroll dashboard select the three dots to the right and choose Manage company info.
  3. Scroll down to Reports and select View from the right.
  4. Choose the report you want to generate.
    • Payroll journal: Shows past earnings and taxes for employees by payroll.
    • Customer report: Lets you select custom data, filters and dates. 
  5. Select the columns you'd like to add or remove from the report. 
  6. Enter any filters you'd like to include.
  7. Choose Generate report to download it into an excel spreadsheet.
  8. Open or save the report from your browser's download menu.
