Easily customize, generate or download reports on your payroll, employees and more.
How to access your reports using U.S. Bank Payroll in online banking
- In the upper right select Business tools and then choose Payroll.
- On the Payroll dashboard select the three dots to the right and choose Manage company info.
- Scroll down to Reports and select View from the right.
- Choose the report you want to generate.
- Payroll journal: Shows past earnings and taxes for employees by payroll.
- Customer report: Lets you select custom data, filters and dates.
- Select the columns you'd like to add or remove from the report.
- Enter any filters you'd like to include.
- Choose Generate report to download it into an excel spreadsheet.
- Open or save the report from your browser's download menu.
