Easily find the status of a check you sent to a vendor using bill pay for business.
To view the status of a bill pay business check using digital banking
- Select Transfer & pay, then choose Pay bills for your business.
- Choose the Activity tab to view your scheduled payments.
- Online banking users: Locate the payment and choose View payment.
U.S. Bank Mobile App users: Locate and select the payment.
- The status of the check will display one of the following:
- Debited: We've withdrawn from your account.
- Outstanding: We've mailed the check, but the vendor hasn’t cashed it.
- Cleared: The vendor has cashed the check.
