You can turn off your eBills at any time using digital banking. This means your vendor will send paper statements instead.  

To stop receiving eBills in digital banking 

1. Choose Transfer & pay, then select Pay bills for your business. 
2. Select the vendor you’d like to stop receiving eBills for. 
3. From the right of eBills select the three dots and choose Cancel subscription. 
4. Confirm your request by choosing Cancel subscription again.
