Overview
The status dashboard can be used to find out the latest information on various requests, such as:
- Debit and credit card order tracking
- Fraud and dispute claims
- Balance transfers
- Credit limit increase requests
To find the status dashboard in online banking and the U.S. Bank Mobile App
- Select the account linked to the request you want to check on, then choose Account.
- Scroll to locate the Services tile, then select Status dashboard.
- Your active, in progress and completed requests will display. Select View details for more information.
Important: There may be times when we might ask you to upload documentation or provide more details on a request. Please complete any additional steps as needed.
