To disconnect or change your accounting software online in Spend Management

You can disconnect your current accounting software from Spend Management. After disconnecting it, you can connect another supported accounting software.

1. Go to Profile & Settings.
2. Select Accounting Settings.
3. Select Disconnect QuickBooks.
4. Follow the prompts to confirm the disconnection.
5. To use different accounting software, select the option to connect your new accounting software and follow the prompts.

What happens after you disconnect Quickbooks?

• A message confirms the disconnection.
• The QuickBooks connection indicator no longer appears.
• You receive an email confirming the disconnection.

Note: Disconnecting means all the accounting tracking categories will be removed from transactions, and auto-categorization rules will be removed.
