How do I get an escrow refund?

To request an escrow refund using online or mobile banking

  1. Select your mortgage from the dashboard.
  2. Open the notification and choose Get refund.
  3. Choose how you’d like your refund, then select Continue.
    • Electronic deposit – refund takes up to three business days to complete.
      • Choose the checking or savings account to deposit the funds into.
      • Select Use another account to enter a different account than what’s listed.
    • Mail a check – refund takes up to 30 calendar days to complete.
      • Select Mail a check. It’s sent to the address we have on file for you.
  4. Review the refund details. If correct, select Confirm & submit.
