There is no limit to how many users or cards you can have within Spend Management. However, depending on the type of card chosen, there may be a limit to the number of cards each employee can have.

Card limitations are as follows:

Employee cards

• There is a limit of one employee card for each employee.
• One card is issued for each card number. 

Utility cards

• There is no limit to the number of utility cards an employee can have. Therefore, an individual can have more than one utility card.
• One card is issued for each card number.
