Online banking steps:

To get started, log into online banking and follow these steps:

  1. Select Transfers and then External transfers, wires & ACH.
  2. Choose Past & current activity under VIEW & UPDATE.
  3. Locate and select the payment to view more details, edit or cancel it.

  1. Select Pay bills & transfers and then External transfers, wires & ACH,
  2. Choose Manage external transfers under VIEW & UPDATE.
