What if I see errors or unauthorized charges on my ReliaCard®?

You must call 855-282-6161 within 120 days after the transfer or transaction allegedly in error was credited or debited to your account. We accept relay calls. When you call, please have the following information on hand: your card number, the date on which the transaction occurred and the dollar amount of the suspected error or unauthorized transaction.
