What if I see errors or unauthorized charges on my ReliaCard®?

You must call 855-282-6161 within 120 days after the alleged transfer or transaction was credited or debited. (We accept relay calls.) When you call, please have the following information on hand: your card number, the date on which the transaction occurred and the dollar amount of the suspected error or unauthorized transaction.
