What is the cut-off time for external account transfers?

A same-day transfer needs to be submitted by 8 p.m. CT for it to process that same business day*.

Transfers scheduled for a future date can be edited or canceled up to 11:59 p.m. CT on the day before its send date.

Additional information

  • Same-day transfer requests can’t be edited or canceled once submitted.
  • When the transfer is complete, we’ll send an email update on its status.
  • Funds typically take one to three business days* before they’re available in the account receiving the transfer.

*Business days are Monday through Friday except weekends and federal holidays.
