How do I get a replacement credit card with the same number?

We want to make it easy to order a new credit card. Follow the experience that works best for you.

Online banking steps:

To get started, log into online banking and follow these steps:

  1. Select My Accounts, then Choose an account to select your credit card.
  2. Choose the Card controls tab, then select Replacement card.
  3. Select the reason for the card replacement and choose Continue.
    • If you have more than one card holder, choose who needs a new card, then select Continue
  4. Choose the shipping method and review the address. Then select Continue.
  5. Review your order details. If everything's correct, select Submit order.

U.S. Bank Mobile App steps:

For the best mobile banking experience, we recommend logging in or downloading the U.S. Bank Mobile App.
  1. Open the main menu, choose Manage cards, then select the credit card to replace.
  2. Select Order a new card within the Control section. You may have to scroll down to find the Control section.
  3. Select the reason for the card replacement and choose Continue.
    • If you have more than one card holder, choose who needs a new card, then select Continue
  4. Review your order details and address. If everything's correct, select Submit.
