How do I get a replacement credit card with the same number?

Order a new card using digital banking whenever it's convenient for you. Before submitting your card order, ensure the shipping address is correct. To view your card virtually, please refer to How do I find my credit card number (virtual card)? 

To order a new credit card using online banking 

  1. Select your credit card.
  2. Choose Card controls, then select Replacement card.
  3. Select the reason for the card replacement and choose Continue.
    Note: If you have more than one card holder, choose who needs a new card before selecting “Continue”
  4. Choose the shipping method and review the address. Then select Continue.
  5. Review your order details. If everything's correct, select Submit order.

To order a new credit card using the U.S. Bank Mobile App

  1. Select your credit card.
  2. Choose Manage at the top of the screen, then select Order a new card.
  3. Select the reason for the card replacement and choose Next.
    Note: If you have more than one card holder, choose who needs a new card before selecting “Next”
  4. Review your order details and address.
    • Standard shipping is the default delivery option, which gets you the card in three to seven business days.
    • If you need the card expedited, select Need it faster? then choose Expedited shipping and select Done.
  5. If everything's correct, select Submit my order
