How do I get a replacement credit card with the same number?

If you need another credit card with the same number because it’s damaged, order a replacement anytime using digital banking. While waiting for it to arrive, you can:

To order a new credit card using online banking and the U.S. Bank Mobile App

  1. Select your credit card, then choose Account.
  2. Select Details & controls, then choose Replacement card.
    • Online banking: “Details & controls” can be found on the right side of the page within the Card info tile.
    • U.S. Bank Mobile App: “Details & controls” can be found by scrolling to the Manage card tile.
  3. Select Damaged as the reason for the card replacement and choose Continue.
    Note: If you have more than one card holder, select who needs a new card before continuing.
  4. Review your delivery method and address, then select Continue.
    • Standard shipping is the default option, which gets you the card in three to seven business days.
    • If you need the card sooner, select Need it faster? then choose Expedited shipping.
  5. If everything's correct, select Submit order.
