Ordering statements is easier than ever. When we refer to "document year", we're referring to the year in which the document was created. Please be aware there may be a fee for each statement ordered. Choose the experience below that works best for you.
Online banking steps:
For the best online experience, we recommend logging in at usbank.com.
- Select My Accounts at the top of the page, choose My Documents and select Statements.
- Choose an account from the drop-down menu and select the document year.
- Select Order a copy at the bottom of the list of statements.
- A pop-up window will appear advising there may be a fee.
- If you agree, select OK, Continue.
- If you don't, select Go back.
- Select the statements you'd like to order, then select Continue.
- Review your order.
- If it's correct and you agree to the fee, select Place order.
- If it's incorrect or you don't agree to the fee, select Cancel.
U.S. Bank Mobile App steps:
For the best mobile banking experience, we recommend logging in or downloading the U.S. Bank Mobile App.
- Open the main menu in the upper left corner, choose Statements & docs, then select e-Statements on the next screen.
- Choose an account and choose the document year.
- Select Order a copy at the bottom of the list of statements.

- If you agree, select OK, Continue.
- If you don't, select Go back.
- Select the statements you'd like to order, then select Continue.
- Review your order.
- If it's correct and you agree to the fee, select Place order.
