How do I order copies of my statements?

Ordering statements is easier than ever. When we refer to "document year", we're referring to the year in which the document was created. Please be aware there may be a fee for each statement ordered. Choose the experience below that works best for you.

Online banking steps:

For the best online experience, we recommend logging in at usbank.com.

  1. Select My Accounts at the top of the page, choose My Documents and select Statements.
  2. Choose an account from the drop-down menu and select the document year. 
  3. Select Order a copy at the bottom of the list of statements.
  4. A pop-up window will appear advising there may be a fee.
    • If you agree, select OK, Continue.
    • If you don't, select Go back.
  5. Select the statements you'd like to order, then select Continue
  6. Review your order.
    • If it's correct and you agree to the fee, select Place order.
    • If it's incorrect or you don't agree to the fee, select Cancel.

U.S. Bank Mobile App steps:

For the best mobile banking experience, we recommend logging in or downloading the U.S. Bank Mobile App.

  1. Open the main menu in the upper left corner, choose Statements & docs, then select e-Statements on the next screen.
  2. Choose an account and choose the document year. 
  3. Select Order a copy at the bottom of the list of statements.
  4. A pop-up window will appear advising there may be a fee. 
    • If you agree, select OK, Continue.
    • If you don't, select Go back. 
  5. Select the statements you'd like to order, then select Continue
  6. Review your order.
    • If it's correct and you agree to the fee, select Place order.
    • If it's incorrect or you don't agree to the fee, select Cancel.
