How can I transfer my FlexPoints?

Transferring FlexPoints is easy! Simply log in to online banking and follow these steps:
 
Online banking steps:

  1. Select My Rewards, then Redeem Rewards & Access Card Benefits. 
  2. Select More, then choose Point Transfer.
  3. Enter the amount of FlexPoints you want to transfer and the FlexPerks credit card number, then select Continue.
  4. Enter the FlexPoints number* and select Continue.
  5. Verify the information entered is correct. If so, select Confirm my transfer.

U.S. Bank Mobile App steps:

  1. From the account dashboard, select the credit card, then Redeem or view my rewards.
  2. Select More, then choose Point Transfer.
  3. Enter the amount of FlexPoints you want to transfer and the FlexPerks account number and select Continue.
  4. Enter the FlexPoints number* and select Continue.
  5. Verify the information entered is correct. If so, select Confirm my transfer to complete the transfer.

*This is commonly referred to as your rewards number or loyalty number.

Additional information:

  • You can’t transfer your rewards to another credit card with a different rewards program.
  • You can transfer up to 20,000 FlexPoints each calendar year.
  • FlexPoints keep their original expiration date from when they were earned, even if they’re transferred.
