How do I cancel escrow for my credit line?

Ultimately, we'll need a written request to remove the escrow from your account. Start by checking if you meet the following criteria:
  • The escrow account has been opened for more than 12 months.
  • The account has had no past due payments in the past 12 months.
  • The escrow account has a positive balance.
If you meet all of the above qualifications, simply log into online banking and follow the steps listed below:

Online banking steps:

  1. Select My Accounts from the top of the page, then choose your loan or line of credit.
  2. Select Cancel Escrow on the left side of the screen.
  3. Print the Cancellation Request Form.
  4. Complete the requested information and return to:

U.S. Bank

The option to print the Cancellation Request Form is only available on the full website. This option is not available on the mobile app.
