How do I download my transaction history?

Transactions can be downloaded into a file using the formats below. You can view and download up to 18-months' worth of transaction history into one of these files.
Note: Direct Connect with bill pay is available for Quicken and QuickBooks. To enroll, call 800-987-7237 and select option 2.

  • Spreadsheet (.CSV)
  • Quicken (.QFX)
  • QuickBooks (.QBO)

Transactions older than 18 months cannot be downloaded into one of these files. Instead, you’ll find those older transactions on your statements.

More information

Please be aware, the option to download transactions is only available on the full usbank.com website. This option is not available on the U.S. Bank Mobile App.
