U.S. Bank E-Consent: You agree to be presented all information about this transaction and U.S. Bank ExtendPay® electronically.

Autopay Update: If your account is enrolled in autopay and set to pay your Statement Balance, you authorize U.S. Bank to change it to Plan Adjusted Balance after the plan(s) is set up. Otherwise, your next autopay may pay off the new plan(s) in full.

U.S. Bank ExtendPay® Plan Terms: Your payment plan will be set up after the purchase(s) posts to your credit card account. Changes to your purchase amount may affect your monthly payment.

  • The total purchase amount will be deducted from your available credit, but only the monthly payment will be due each billing cycle. Monthly fixed fees are calculated based on the original principal amount, Purchase APR, and other factors. Monthly plan payments are part of your minimum due starting with the statement after the purchase(s) posts to your account.
  • If the merchant splits up purchases in this plan, separate plans will appear on your statement, each having the same plan length. If this happens, a portion of the disclosed monthly fixed fee will apply to each plan.
  • Any unpaid balance remaining on your plan after the repayment period will be subject to the APR and minimum payment calculation for purchases.
  • U.S. Bank will send youthe plan confirmation details. See your Cardmember Agreement for more information.

For returns: The returned amount will be credited to your current credit card account balance, not your ExtendPay Plan balance. Your ExtendPay Plan balance and monthly minimum payment will not change unless your credit card account balance is paid in full.

For Choose a Plan and Set Up After Purchase transactions:

  • At the time a Plan is created, the available credit must exceed the total Plan amount. If the final purchase amount is less than the amount originally requested, the ExtendPay Plan fee and payment amounts will be adjusted accordingly. If you exceed the requested purchase amount, you may be required to choose a new payment plan. An ExtendPay offer may be withdrawn after it is made, based on activity on the credit card account.
  • ExtendPay Plans will appear in the wallet’s Latest Transactions list; however, a Plan must be applied to an eligible purchase within 60 days or it will expire.
  • For Choose a Plan transactions, the Plan will expire if it is not applied to an eligible purchase within 30 minutes.

You may designate up to 50% of your credit card line ($100 minimum) in eligible credit card purchases and pay in monthly installments with just a small fixed monthly fee. Only Purchase balances are eligible for U.S. Bank ExtendPay® Plans. Transactions identified as Advances, Balance Transfers, or promotional rate Purchases (as defined in your Cardmember Agreement), and any interest or fees, including Annual Fee, do not apply. The only Purchases that will appear as “Eligible Purchases” in the enrollment process are Purchases that were made within 60 days prior to signing up for an ExtendPay Plan, are $100 or more, and are less than your Purchase balance when you signup for an ExtendPay Plan.

The monthly fixed fee will be determined when your U.S. Bank ExtendPay® Plan is created and is provided to you before you complete setting up an ExtendPay Plan. This fee will remain the same until the ExtendPay Plan is paid in full. The monthly fixed fee of the ExtendPay Plan is based upon the original principal amount, Purchase APR, and other factors.

When you set up a U.S. Bank ExtendPay® Plan, the total monthly payment obligation will be included in your monthly Minimum Payment. If you have any ExtendPay Plan balances, you may avoid interest charges on new Purchases by paying the Plan Adjusted Balance in full each month. (The Plan AdjustedBalance is your non-ExtendPay Plan balance plus the total monthly ExtendPay Plan payment, not including any disputed amounts.) To pay off an ExtendPay Plan early; personal cardholders can pay the statement balance, and small business cardholders must pay the entire account balance, including any activity since the previousstatement – even pending transactions. See your Cardmember Agreement for additional information. You will see the ExtendPay Plan in your credit card dashboard in Online Banking and the U.S. Bank Mobile App. This ExtendPay offer may be withdrawn based on activity on your credit card account after the offer was made. If you are no longer eligible for this offer, you will not be able to access the enrollment site. Your eligible purchases will still earn you any rewards your credit card would otherwise offer. Refer to your Cardmember Agreement for details.
