Navigate to the Users section of the U.S. Bank Spend Management app.
Find the user:
- Enter the user’s name in the search bar, or
- Select their name from the Users list.
Check the user’s status:
- Look under the Status column.
- If the status shows “Invited”, the user has already received their email invitation.
- If needed, you can resend the invite from the Actions column by selecting Account status and choosing Resend invite.
- If the status does not show “Invited,” you cannot resend the invite.
- This means the invite was not sent successfully.
Understand what this means:
- If the user has not been invited, they are not fully added to the account yet.
- They will not have access until the invite is sent and accepted.
Check your access if you cannot update the user:
- You must have access to the Users tab to manage invites.
- Admin access can be set for one or more areas in Spend Management.
- For example, you may have admin access to Transactions but not Users.
