What happens if my Spend Management invitation/email hasn't been received?

 

Navigate to the Users section of the U.S. Bank Spend Management app.

Find the user:

  • Enter the user’s name in the search bar, or
  • Select their name from the Users list.

Check the user’s status:

  • Look under the Status column.
  • If the status shows “Invited”, the user has already received their email invitation.
    • If needed, you can resend the invite from the Actions column by selecting Account status and choosing Resend invite.
  • If the status does not show “Invited,” you cannot resend the invite.
    • This means the invite was not sent successfully.

Understand what this means:

  • If the user has not been invited, they are not fully added to the account yet.
  • They will not have access until the invite is sent and accepted.

Check your access if you cannot update the user:

  • You must have access to the Users tab to manage invites.
  • Admin access can be set for one or more areas in Spend Management.
    • For example, you may have admin access to Transactions but not Users.
