A virtual appointment is the type of meeting where you talk with someone using video conferencing. In other words, you and that person appear on camera to speak with each other.

To join your virtual appointment:  

1. Select the link in the email or text that was sent when you booked the appointment.
2. The video call will load in your browser, select Continue to begin.

If you can't find the meeting link or are having trouble joining the meeting, call the branch directly and ask to speak with the banker.

• Be sure you allow the video call to use your microphone and camera. Audio and video settings can be found using the gear icon in the upper right corner.
• Please be aware, some requests cannot be completed virtually. If you need to be there in person, we’ll ask you to visit your local branch to complete your request.
