If I've chosen to have e-statements, will I also get paper statements?

Generally, we won't send paper statements. However, when there's information we’re required to communicate in writing (such as the yearly Privacy Pledge notice), a paper statement may be mailed. 

If you ever need a copy of a statement, regardless if you get paper or electronic statements, log into online banking, our mobile app, or give us a call. We accept relay calls.
