The San Francisco 49ers U.S. Bank Visa® Debit Card is a team-branded debit card available to clients with an eligible U.S. Bank Smartly® Checking account. The updated design features bold 49ers-inspired artwork that lets fans share that they are one of the 49er’s Faithful every time they make a purchase.
Whether they are shopping online, paying for everyday expenses or heading to Levi's Stadium on game day, the card offers a simple way to demonstrate support for the 49ers while accessing exclusive cardmember benefits.

Fans interested in the San Francisco 49ers U.S. Bank Visa Debit Card can open an eligible U.S. Bank Smartly Checking account and select the 49ers card design online or by visiting a U.S. Bank branch.
