Erin McGorty joins U.S. Bank as head of Global Corporate Trust Escrow

MINNEAPOLIS (Oct. 20, 2025) – U.S. Bank announced today that Erin McGorty has joined the bank as head of Global Corporate Trust Escrow. In this newly created role, McGorty leads a team of dedicated corporate escrow professionals committed to delivering expert solutions in M&A escrow, litigation settlement and M&A paying agent services.

McGorty brings more than three decades of global corporate trust experience, most recently at Computershare Corporate Trust, where she was head of sales. Prior to that role, she held corporate trust sales and relationship management leadership positions at HSBC Bank and BNY Mellon. She holds bachelor’s degrees in politics and Spanish from Mount Holyoke College. She is based in New York City.
