Micae is an entrepreneurship teacher with Chicago Lights and enjoys volunteering with her local Girl Scout troop.
A U.S. Bank employee for 10 years who previously served as a branch manager, Tim serves on the board for the Minneapolis Black Chamber of Commerce and One2One organization. He also sits on the loan committee for the African Development Center and on the Business Committee for the St. Paul Chamber of Commerce.
Natasha has spent 21 years growing within the banking industry. She is involved internally with many initiatives focused on development and diversity, equity and inclusion. She serves as treasurer for the Colorado Springs Black Chamber and SCWCC Foundation (Southern Colorado Women’s Chamber of Commerce), and on the board for Downtown Partnership and Thrive Networking.
Additionally, she acts as a peer coordinator for CASA.
With 20 years in the banking industry, Will started his career as a mortgage banker. A member of the National Association of Black Accountants (NABA) professional organization, he enjoys volunteering his time with 100BlackMen and under resourced youth.
She is a member of the Urban League of the State of Arkansas, Southwest Little Rock Business & Community Group and Alpha Kappa Alpha. She enjoys volunteering time at P.A.R.K. (Positive Atmosphere Reaches Kids) and Start to Finish Homeless Outreach.
She laid the earlier foundation of her career as a Warren Weaver Fellow with the Rockefeller Foundation where she implemented a multi-million national community development initiative and advanced dialogues on race. She serves as treasurer for iUrban Teen, a STEM+Art education program that brings together underrepresented teens and young adults for career exploration and mentoring. She spends her free time volunteering, golfing and trekking the globe.
Ashlei started her career in workforce development and education equity, then moved to organizational development in the social sector and philanthropy positions. Prior to the BAA role, she served as a program officer at Kauffman Foundation managing a regional portfolio supporting inclusive prosperity and entrepreneurship. She is the board president of ACLU Nebraska, a board member of the Women’s Funding Network and a member of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority.
Tamika has been in banking for over 15 years in Atlanta. The last six years of her career were focused on the growth and success of unbanked and underbanked businesses in the Atlanta metro area. She is excited to bring that experience to provide advisory services for Charlotte’s entrepreneurs with U.S. Bank and as a SCORE Mentor.
Brandon started his career as a banker’s assistant and has spent 18 years in the banking industry, most recently as a U.S. Bank business banking development consultant. He is a member of the Colorado Black Chamber of Commerce and has served on the boards of Denver CASA and JK Mullen High School. He enjoys volunteering his time at Project Angel Heart and We Don’t Waste, which redistributes excess food to those in need.
